The plans for the 21st Walk21 conference in Seoul have had to respond to the international COVID-19 crisis and local political circumstances
We have new dates for the conference – 26–28 May 2020 and we will be going on-line with a range of formats and sessions to include diverse voices. We hope to be able to add local in-person sessions but that will depend very much on the global context.
We see this as an exciting opportunity to hear from many of you that would not have been able to travel to Seoul and to discuss the pressing current topics that COVID-19 brings for walking in cities across the globe.
We will be issuing a renewed Call for Proposals soon.
For those who have already submitted, we will be in touch to see how to include, amend or update your proposals. And we are looking forward to invite many new voices into the discourse at Walk21 Seoul! Keep an eye out for the Call for Proposals.
